Looking after your mask is important. To make sure you get the best from your mask, we recommend following these washing instructions.
Wash the mask gently with clean water. Adjust the cleaning frequency based on the mask’s usage intensity. In general, cleaning once a week is recommended. Do not wash it in the washing machine with other clothes. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean the mask. Avoid cleaning the mask with alcohol, scrubbing it vigorously or soaking in soapy water. Lay flat to dry for reuse. Do not use for more than 4 consecutive hours. This is a non-medical mask. When going to high-risk areas or hospitals, surgical masks should be worn. Do not wear the mask in an unventilated space, when you have difficulties breathing or while sleeping. If the mask is contaminated, or skinned with foreign matters such as blood and droplets, you should replace it with a new mask.
